Willie Garcia, 56, of Plainview, passed away on March 15, 2017.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 20, 2017 in the Lemons Memorial Chapel.  Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery.

There will be a prayer service held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 in Lemons Memorial Chapel.

Willie was born June 29, 1960 in Leoti, Kansas to Louis Garcia, Sr. and Ernestina (Arebalo) Garcia.  Willie was a kind, gentle man.  He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.  He is remembered as having a great sense of humor and he wouldn't let anyone have a bad day.  He attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Garcia, Sr. and one brother, Louis Garcia, Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Ernestina Gonzales; step-father, Victor Gonzales; one son, Jeremy Dickson of Arizona; four brothers, Raymond Garcia, John David Garcia, Ricky Garcia and Gilbert Garcia; three sisters, Rafacita Garcia, Maryann Vargas and Beatrice Saenz.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
