Veronica Fay Jimenez, 52 of Lubbock, passed away on October 24, 2021. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Pastor Larry Ybarbo of Sowers Ministry Church in Lubbock, Texas. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Veronica was born on December 25, 1968, in Olton, Texas to Emilio and Carmelita (Lopez) Jimenez. She enjoyed crafts, playing games, watching movies, music, and dancing. She loved spending time with her family.

Veronica is survived by two sons, Derick Molina of Lubbock, and Daryl Jimenez of Hale Center; one daughter, Alisha Molina of Plainview; two brothers, James Jimenez of Dumas and Mike Jimenez of Sedalia, Missouri; one sister, Michelle Jimenez of Abernathy and two grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Tommy Jimenez.
