Twyla Pearl Hardin, 83, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 surrounded by family. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home

Twyla was born on November 13, 1931 in Peak Oklahoma to Virgel and Eutha (Burke) Habekott. She married William Hurchal Hardin and together they raised six children. They were married for fifty years until his passing in January, 1994.

Twyla worked at several occupations during her life but none was more fulfilling than raising her children. She attended Garland Street Church of Christ and later in life attended College Heights Baptist Church until she was unable to attend.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hurchal; one son, Norman Hardin and one brother, Vernon (Jimmy) Habekott.

She is survived by three sons, Charles Hardin, Virgil Waymond Hardin and Hurchal Hardin; two daughters, Eutha Twilene Ward and Sherrie Cook; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
