Timothy Vancil, age 52, passed away on January 16, 2024 at his residence. A viewing will be held for Mr. Vancil at 9:00am followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00pm on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Cremation services are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Timothy was born in Aurora, Illinois on December 13, 1971, to Earl Vancil and Sandra (Earl) Vancil.

Timothy was a truck driver for Melton Trucking. He loved to travel and take adventures with his lifelong best friend, Fred. He liked to spend time making airplanes out of aluminum.

Timothy loved life and loved drinking his coffee all day. He made people laugh, and he never knew a stranger.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Sandra Vancil, his grandparents, Jessie and Helen Earl, and his uncle Jerry Earl.

Those left to always remember and love him are his brother, Tom Vancil and his wife Lisa; his two half-sisters: Lois Jones and husband Larry and Angela Davis and husband Dino; nephews: Erik Vancil and Johnny Morales and his wife Rose; nieces: Amanda, and Amber Vancil, Roxanne Adams and husband Billy, and Jennifer Morales.
