Tanis Moralez, 48, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home.

Tanis was born on November 18, 1972 in Petersburg, Texas to Tanis and Mary Helen (Pena) Moralez. He enjoyed fishing, raising chickens and window tinting. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

Tanis is survived by his wife, Elena Hernandez of Odessa; two sons, Tanis Moralez of Andrews and Nicholas Moralez of Odessa; two daughters, April Moralez and Savannah Moralez, both of San Antonio; his mother, Mary Helen Moralez of Plainview; three brothers, Albert Moralez of Lockney, Tony Moralez of Kress and Jamie Moralez of New Home; four sisters, Mary Linda Moralez of Plainview, Paula Moralez, Lupe McClellan and Nancy Baeza, all of Lubbock and ten grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Tanis Moralez.
