Sara Lou McFarlin, 63 of Plainview, passed away on May 26, 2020. A Graveside Service is scheduled for 1:00 PM, Friday, May 29, 2020 in Plainview Cemetery with Hugh Miller, Elder of Northwest Church of Christ officiating. A visitation and viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00AM till 12:00PM at Lemons Funeral Home.

Sara was born on February 8, 1957 in Uvalde, Texas. She attended schools in Uvalde and Silverton. She married James McFarlin on May 29, 1975 in Plainview. Sara enjoyed jewelry making, cooking, and going to estate sales with her best friend Sandra Huffine. She was a member of the Northwest Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, James McFarlin of Plainview and one sister, Emma Hicks of Uvalde, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Gladys (Jeffers) Shulman.
