San Juanita R. Reyes, 66 of Petersburg, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 11 o' clock in the morning on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Petersburg with Monsignor Ben Kasteel celebrating. Interment will follow in Plainview Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 7 o' clock in the evening on Friday at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home of Plainview.

San Juanita was born on November 4, 1952 to Manuel and Blasa Rodriguez in Plainview, TX. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. San Juanita married the love of her life, Guadalupe Reyes, on March 22, 1971 in Plainview, TX. She enjoyed sewing, baking and playing with her great granddaughter. San Juanita was a CCE Kindergarten Teacher at Sacred Heart. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed. San Juanita was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Petersburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Blas and Arturo Rodriguez.

San Juanita is survived by one daughter: Juanita Reyes of Petersburg; two brothers: Concepcion and Manuel Rodriguez; one sister: Solia Solis; two grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
