Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 5, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Monsignor Arsenio Redulla officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 4 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Lemons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m.

Rudy was born on January 4, 1974 in Plainview to Ricardo and Yolanda Gamez. He grew up in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 1993. He was a longtime faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He loved his three sons with all of his heart and enjoyed playing sports with them. Rudy was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Rudy was preceded in death by his grampa, Jose Moreno.

He is survived by his 3 sons, Kyle, Kalob, and Kayne; his parents; one brother, Rojelio Gamez and wife JoAnn; three beautiful nieces, JoVanna, Gabby Dukes, and Bethany; and by his Wella, Aurora Moreno.
