Ruben Juarez, 67 of Plainview, passed away on November 6, 2021. A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 12, 2021, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park. A Prayer service will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Ruben was born on November 23, 1953, in Olton, Texas to Fidel R. and Francisca (Seballez) Juarez. He loved music and was a DJ for many years. He was an Elvis and a Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Ruben is survived by three daughters, Melissa Juarez and son-in-law Steven Williams and Christina Juarez both of Arlington, TX and Jennifer Juarez of Burleson, TX; one brother, Rudy Juarez of Keene, TX; three sisters, Velma Juarez of Arlington, TX, Selma Munguia and Sandra Juarez both of Plainview; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Johnny Ray Juarez; two brothers, Fidel Juarez III and Felix Juarez and one sister, Guadalupe Gonzalez; three grandchildren, Jose Samuel Jimenez II, Ruben Jimenez, and Julio Cesar Jimenez.
