Rosalinda Perez, 67 of Plainview, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022, in Lubbock. A funeral service and visitation for Mrs. Perez will be held at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 8:00 pm, Friday, September 16, 2022, and Funeral Service will be at 10:00am, Saturday, September 17, 2022. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Rosalinda Perez was born on September 22, 1954, in Natalia, Texas to Thomas and Gregoria (Lopez) Cabrera. She married Miguel Perez in 1979 in Woodward, Oklahoma.

Rosalinda enjoyed cooking, singing, and dancing. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Rosalinda will be remembered for the smile she always had, and for helping and putting others before herself.

Rosalinda is survived by her husband, Miguel Perez; one son, Luis Miguel and Lauren Perez  all of Slaton; one brother, Jimmy Cabrera of Natalia, Texas; three sisters: Dominga Perez and Esther Reyes both of Natalia, Texas, and Jacinta Rodriguez of La Junta, Colorado; and five grandchildren: Serenitie, Brennen, Zai'Den, Araceli, and Jo'Ziah.

She is preceded in death by her parents, six sisters and one brother.
