Romulo Ruiz Jr., age 63, formerly of Plainview, passed away on March 26, 2018 in Comfort, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00A.M. at Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.
Romulo Ruiz Jr., age 63, formerly of Plainview, passed away on March 26, 2018 in Comfort, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, April 5, 2018 in the Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements under the personal direction of Lemons Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday morning from 9-11:00A.M. in the Lemons Memorial Chapel.
Romulo was born on December 24, 1954 to Romulo and Josephine (Gomez) Ruiz Sr. in Lockney, Texas. Romulo attended school in Plainview, graduating from Plainview High School. He worked in the meat packing industry for both Excel and Jimmy Dean. Romulo enjoyed practicing martial arts, especially Karate and Taekwondo. He enjoyed the outdoors. Romulo was a licensed CDL truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Santo Ruiz.
Romulo is survived by his brothers and sisters.
