Roland Reyes, 47 of Plainview, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024. A visitation will be held at 4:00 PM, followed by a Holy Rosary being recited at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Plainview, officiated by Father George Poonely. Burial will follow in Cotton Center Cemetery. Funeral Services are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Roland was born in Hale Center, Texas on June 28, 1976, to Bernardino Reyes Jr. and Maria Reyes. Roland was a handyman, whatever needed to be done around the house he got it done. He was amazing in carpentry and often built different collectables for his family. Anyone who knew Roland knew how great of a musician he was, "the best bass player in the 806," as most would say. He cherished the teams he had the privilege of coaching throughout the years. He was an avid 49er fan and was very proud of his team. He was a master of the grill and loved cooking for his family every week.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jason Ramos (Sydnie Ramirez), and Ethan Reyes, daughters, Izabella Reyes, and Brianna Reyes, his Mother, Maria Reyes, one brother, Ricky Reyes Sr., one sister, Rebecca Reyes, and special friend Diana Galvan.
Roland is preceded in death by his father, Bernardino Reyes Jr., one brother, Ben Reyes III, one sister, Angie Galvan, maternal grandparents, Pedro and Senaida Montemayor and paternal grandparents, Bernardino Reyes Sr. and Tomasa Reyes.
