Robert Campos, 43 of Plainview, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.  A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 o' clock in the afternoon on Friday, September 11, 2020 with Pastor Steve Martinez, Trinity Life Church, officiating.  Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Robert was born on November 7, 1976 to Manuel Campos and Olivia Torres in Hale Center.  Robert was reared and educated in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 1995.  He went on to earn his Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from South Plains and attended Wayland Baptist University.  Robert enjoyed all sports but especially fishing and hunting.  He also enjoyed coaching at the YMCA.  Robert worked for the United States Post office for over ten years.  Robert was "one of the good ones" and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Jessie and Maggie Torres; aunt: Irene Torres; and father in law: Jose Mejia.

Robert is survived by his wife: Cenaida of the home; father: Manuel Campos; mother: Olivia Torres; two sons: Robert Campos, Jr and Jose Luis Campos both of Plainview; one daughter: Isabel LeeAnn Campos of Plainview; one brother: Richard Campos and partner Aaron of Washington, DC; and one sister: Raquel Monica Morales and husband Antonio of Weslaco, TX.
