Norman A. Gloria, Jr., passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in Plainview. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at New Covenant Church in Plainview. Inurnment will follow in Plainview Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Norman was born on August 14, 1972, in Plainview, Texas to Norman Gloria and Rosa Mercado Gloria. He was a welder and worked in construction.

Norman enjoyed spending time tinkering with electronic projects and going fishing. He also liked fast cars, music, motorcycles and playing baseball.

He is preceded in death by his father, Norman Gloria, Sr.

Norman is survived by his daughter, Angel Valenzuela, of Plainview; his five sons: Roman Gloria of Austin, David Gonzales, of Plainview, Eli and Jeremy Gonzales of Victoria, and Jayson Gonzales of Plainview; his mother, Rosa Gloria of Plainview; two brothers: Rickey Gloria of Lubbock, and Hector Gloria of Plainview; two sisters: Severa Gloria and Guadalupe Gonzales, both of Plainview; and fifteen grandchildren.
