Myrtle Faye Laymon, 89 of Plainview passed away on August 17, 2020. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Plainview Memorial Park. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home. Myrtle was born December 7, 1930 in Mineral Wells, Texas to Lesley and Myrtle (O'Bannon) Miller. Myrtle loved spending time with her family and enjoyed camping and taking road trips. She is survived by one son, Lesley "Butch" Campbell of San Angelo; two daughters, Marty Dudy of Dallas and Sheila Hobbs of Tyler; one sister, Melba Clark of Amarillo; a niece, Barbara Carson of Hart; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Laymon and both parents.
