Michael Gonzalez, 22 of Plainview, passed away on July 11, 2021. A Memorial Service will be held at
10:00 AM, Friday, July 16, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Michael was born on November 8, 1998 in Dumas, Texas to Robert Gonzalez, Jr. and Mona Soliz. He graduated from Plainview High School in 2017. He enjoyed origami, anime, playing his Xbox, collecting knives, and making people laugh. Michael was kindhearted and loved spending time with his family, especially his son.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Felisha Maeda of Plainview; one son, JJ Maeda of Plainview; his parents, Robert Gonzalez, Jr. and Mona Soliz of Layton, Utah; paternal grandparents, Robert and Linda Gonzalez, Sr; seven brothers, Jose, Luis, Rogelio, Robert, Angel, Andrew and Alex and three sisters, Angelita, Melinda and Krystal.

He is preceded in death by one brother, Juan Soliz and his maternal grandparents.
