Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Plainview Cemetery.

Martha was born on March 30, 1930 in Midlothian, Texas to J.T. and Oma (King) Daily. She was a 1948 graduate of Midlothian High School.
Martha and her mother lived together for over thirty years. They were best friends who enjoyed gardening together. She and her mother also had a passion for quilting that they shared for many years. Martha was also an avid doll collector. She loved her children and her grandchildren and will be missed by them.

She was preceded in death by her dear mother, Oma, whose friendship she enjoyed until she passed away at the age of 98 and one grandson, James L. Pope in 2007, who lost his life during the Iraq War.

Those left to cherish her memory are three sons, Jay Pope and wife Shirley of Dallas, Ray Pope, and wife Kathy of San Angelo and Lyle Pope, also of Dallas; one brother, Wayne Daily of Arizona; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
