Marsha Harmon, 64 of Plainview, Texas passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023. Memorial service for Ms. Harmon will be at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Marsha was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on December 28, 1958, to Eugene Burt Hunter and Margaret Ellen (Minke) Hunter. She graduated from Plainview High School in 1976. She continued her education at South Plains College where she received her LVN certification and went on to graduate from Amarillo College where she received her RN certification.

Marsha worked at WJ Mangold for 16 years and worked as Director of Nursing at Prairie House Living Center and Floydada Rehab, as well as working for various home health companies. She last worked at Covenant Hospital for 15 years. She was a prominent nurse for 47 years around the area. She enjoyed spending her time gardening, doing yard work, and mowing her own lawn. She loved taking care of her dogs and attending her grandchildren's sporting events. She also enjoyed volunteering for Meals on Wheels.

Marsha is survived by her son, Zach Harmon and wife Anna; her daughter, Rhiannon Castaneda; her four grandchildren: Korben, Kylee, Orion, and Paige and one great-granddaughter, Alédris Lara on the way, all of Plainview; and her brother, Michael Hunter of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
