Mark Anthony Zarate, 28, of Kress, passed away on December 26, 2017.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Lemons Memorial Chapel.

Mark Anthony was born October 31, 1989 in Plainview to Araceli Pulliam. He graduated from Kress High School. He loved being around his family and enjoyed family events. He was a hardcore Dallas Cowboys fan. Most of all, he loved being a father to his children.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Pulliam.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Araceli Pulliam of Kress; his grandparents, Samuel and Lala Zarate of Kress; three sons, Ezekiel Hinojosa of Oklahoma, Jordan Torrez and Zayden Zarate both of Tulia; one daughter, Aaliyah Zarate of Tulia; two brothers, Edward Pulliam of Plainview and Raul Rodriguez of North Carolina; one sister, Alexis Trevino of Kress; two aunts, Esperanza Zarate of Dallas and Rosana Trevino of Kress and one uncle, Victor Zarate of Kress.
