Maria Dalia Guerra Olson, 62 of Plainview, passed away on March 16, 2021. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dora Gutierrez officiating. Interment will follow in Plainview Cemetery. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 pm, Friday, March 19, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Maria was born on December 25, 1958 in San Benito, Texas to Enrique and Josefina (Salazar) Guerra. She enjoyed crocheting and going to bible studies. Maria was a hard worker and worked at Cargill Beef Packing Plant for 30 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

Maria is survived by three sons, Sergio Guerra of Kansas, Julian Aguilar, Jr. of Plainview and Luis Aguilar of Lubbock; four sisters, Sandra Porter of Tyler, Diana Guerra of Corpus Christi, Elisa Luna of Robstown and Sylvia Guerra Orozco of Liberal, Kansas; ten grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and eight brothers, Enrique "El Koreano" Guerra, Ruben "El Conejo" Guerra, Balerio Guerra, Mario Guerra, Ernesto "El Teton" Guerra, David Guerra, Lazaro Guerra and Sergio Guerra.
