Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2016. Arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

She was born January 18, 1913 in Somervell County (Nemo, Texas) to Louis and Ethel (Mullen) Horton. The family moved to Floyd County in 1924. She married
Walter Welch who preceded her in death in 1955. She later married Arthur Williams, who passed away in 1983.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; one brother and three sisters.

Survivors include one son, Troy Welch and wife Lawana; three granddaughters, Kim Clarke and husband David, Kay Stambaugh and husband Ronnie and Sue Patridge and husband Joel; two great-granddaughters, Laura Jo Klein and Ellen Clarke. Also surviving are three step-sons, Kenneth Williams, Bill Williams and Jerry Williams as well as five nephews and five nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the College Heights Baptist Building Fund.
