Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday April 6, 2016 in Parklawn Memorial Park in Plainview. Friends are invited to pay their respects to Mrs. Kemp at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Lockney on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Lois Marie Tyler was born May 21, 1927 in Altus, OK to Horace and Stella (Underwood) Tyler. She was a graduate of Mangum High School. She met the love of her life, T.W. Kemp, in Lubbock and they were married on September 12, 1948.

She was preceded in death by her husband, T.W. in 2004.

Survivors include her two sons, Jimmy Kemp and wife Jami of Lockney and Larry Thomas Kemp and wife Melody of Arlington; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch or the Children's Home of Lubbock.
