Linda Castillo, 67 of Plainview, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. On Monday, April 3, 2023, a visitation for Mrs. Castillo will be at 4:00pm, followed by a Holy Rosary being recited at 6:00pm at Lemons Memorial Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held in Plainview Cemetery at 11:00am, Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Linda was born on January 7, 1956, in Edinburg, Texas to Juan and Eva Guerra. In 1973, she met the love of her life Rafael Castillo while working at the Coca Cola plant in Plainview, Texas. Linda and Rafael married in 1975. They went on to have two children, Leslie and Ruben Castillo.

Linda became a homemaker and nanny to several children here in Plainview, until she had her wonderful grandchildren, Ryan, Jazmyn, and Nikolus.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Eva Guerra, and a brother, Joe Guerra.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rafael Castillo of Plainview, daughter and son-in-law, Leslie Castillo and Steve Altice of Lubbock, son and daughter-in-law, Ruben and Josie Castillo of Plainview, and three grandchildren, Ryan, Jazmyn, and Nikolus.
