Kelly Jay Kerbo, 44 of Plainview, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026. A visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 6:00pm, Friday, October 23, 2026, at Lemons Funeral Home. A graveside service for Mr. Kerbo will be at 2:00pm, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Kelly was born in Plainview, Texas on August 27, 1982, to James Michael Kerbo and Lisa (Reid) Kerbo. Kelly was a 2001 graduate of Plainview High School.

Kelly enjoyed golfing and playing and watching baseball, as well as watching football. He also loved spending time outdoors—especially at the beach—cooking out and working in the yard.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lewis and Dorothy Allsup, and his paternal grandfather, James W. Kerbo.

Kelly is survived by his son, Braedyn Kerbo and daughter, Ailey Kerbo both of Plainview; his parents, Mike and Lisa Kerbo of Plainview; his paternal grandmother, Audrey Taylor of Plainview; and his sister, Alecia and husband Mike Davis of Parrish, Florida.
