Kathleen M. Williams, 60 of Plainview, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, March 1, 2024, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM, Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Lemons Memorial Chapel.  Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Kathleen was born in Plainview, Texas on May 2, 1963, to Leandro Martinez and Hortencia Barron. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1981 and worked as a CNA.

Kathleen loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also loved reading.

She is preceded in death by her father, Leandro Martinez, maternal grandfather, Raymond Barron, Sr., and paternal grandparents, Demetrio and Maria Martinez.

Kathleen is survived by her mother, Hortencia Barron of Amarillo; her two sisters, Angelina Hernandez and Diane and husband, Lewis Hassler, both of Amarillo; her maternal grandmother, Irene Barron of Plainview; four nieces: Brittany, Lesli, Mariem, and Lillyan; five nephews: Eric, Josh, Terry Dean, Colton, and Asher, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
