Kari Sue Sanders, 60 of Plainview, Texas, passed away in her home on Saturday, October 2, 2021.  Kari was born on November 12, 1960 to Billy Earl Sanders and Billy Sue Sanders in Plainview, Texas.  In her working days, she loved her job in the meat market at multiple locations over 18 years.  In her free time, she loved reading her bible, helping her daughter raise 2 of her grandchildren and spending time with her brothers, sisters, and her children.  She always put others needs ahead of her own and thrived on random acts of service in helping or giving anything she could to anyone in need.

Kari was preceded in death by her parents, father Billy Earl Sanders and mother Billy Sue Sanders.

Kari's memories will be cherished by her children, Danna Hair and her husband Travis Hair of Lubbock, TX, Kodi Randell of Lubbock, TX, and Darrik Randell of Lubbock, TX, as well as her beloved 6 siblings, Donna Mull of Galveston, TX, Danny Sanders of Lubbock, TX, Kelly Sanders of Amarillo, TX, Sara Sanders of Hale Center, TX, Nita Rattan of Amarillo, TX, Rita Williams of Amarillo, TX and their spouses. Kari also leaves behind her wonderful 5 grandchildren, Ivan and Avarie Cuellar, Kayden Soliz, Brooklyn Randell, and Alyssa Brown, and many loving family, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ted Currington officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.
