A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at San Jose Catholic Church in Lockney, Texas. Interment will follow at Lockney Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Juana was born on January 16, 1942, in Ballinger, Texas to Jesus DeLaCerda and Gregoria Estrada Alfaro. She married Faustino Moreno in June, 1962 in Plainview. They were married until his passing in 2010.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 48 years, Faustino; one son, John Marroquin and two brothers, Steven DeLaCerda and Tano DeLaCerda.

Those left to cherish her memory are three daughters, Betty Moreno, Lisa Ascencio and husband Ricky, all of Lockney, Linda Ibarra and husband Thomas of Iowa; three sons, Ramon DeLaCerda and wife Wendy of Plainview, Faustino Moreno, Jr. and Vidal Moreno, both of Albert Lea, MN; 2 brothers, Jose DeLaCerda and Frank DeLaCerda; five sisters, Olivia Villapando, Henrietta DeLaCerda, Martha Madrigal, Teresa Reyna and Luisa Herrera. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
