The family will be available to receive visitors in Lemons Memorial Chapel from 5:00-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Oscar Chavez officiating. Interment will be at 11:30 a.m. at Roaring Springs Cemetery in Roaring Springs, Texas under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home.

Marie was born on May 25, 1936 in Mangum, OK to William Earl and Lillie Mae (Loftie) Williams. She married Bobby Joe Mullins on April 9, 1981 in Plainview and they remained married until his passing in May, 2009.

Marie was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary as well as the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She enjoyed tending to her rose garden which was her pride and joy. Marie loved spending time with family and friends. She was a long time member of Seth Ward Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Nathaniel Means; her husband of 28 years, Bobby Joe Mullins; one daughter, Brenda Lea Chapman; two sisters, Ruby Heinzke and Earlene Nikels; four brothers, Loyd, Elmer, R.L. and William E. Williams, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory are three daughters, Debby Cox of Ozark, Arkansas, Theresa Riojas and husband Raul, Deana Gray and husband Che Che Joe Gonzalez, all of Plainview; three sons, Lowell Dene Gray, Jr. and wife Misty of Pottsboro, Texas, Todd Mullins of Lubbock and Mark Mullins and wife Laurie of Tucson, AZ; one sister, Ada Brown; 19 grandchildren, Celeste Gable, JonEric Head, Jerry Head, Valin Chapman, Jonathan Ray Baeza, Kisha Flores, Brooke Lambright, Brittany Cate, Brannon Gonzalez, Valin Gray, Ashley Gray, John Ross Magallanes, Michael Dene Gray, Memorie Gray, April Gray, Paula Dene Gray, Joshua Mullins, Nicholas Mullins and Michael Mullins and 10 great-grandchildren, Ashton Mitchell, LynLee Jane Head, Katelyn Baeza, Haeley Baeza, Ray Baeza, Jr., Jaydn Jimenez, Kahlyn Jimenez, Brielle Thompson, Christopher Hockaday and John Alex Magallanes.
