Joy M. Allen Hays, 86, of Plainview, formerly of Oklahoma City, OK , passed away Monday, September 28, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Vondel Smith & Son Funeral Chapel, 6934 S. Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, 500 SW 104th Oklahoma City, OK .
