John Michael Perez, of Plainview, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018.  Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 o' clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, July 31,2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.   Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park.  A Rosary will be recited at 6 o' clock in the evening on Monday at Sacred Heart. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.
