Jasmine Hatcher, one of God's precious angels left this this world to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 29, 2015 in Plainview, Texas. Jasmine is survived by her parents; Zach and Brenda Hatcher. She is also survived by her grandparents; Alicia Hernandez, Richard Hatcher, Alfredo and Julia Picasso, and great-grandparents; Roberto and Linda Gonzalez. Jasmine also leaves behind her big sister Aiyanna Hatcher.
