Plainview-Jacinta "Chinta" Izaguirre, age 72, of Plainview, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015. A celebration of life will be held in Lemons Memorial Chapel at 1p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Interment will follow in the Hale Center Cemetery under the personal care of Lemons Funeral Home of Plainview. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Mrs. Izaguirre was born on April 27, 1942 to Pablo and Trinidad (Flores) Ferdin in Bay City, Michigan. She loved dancing, playing bingo, was a very hard worker, and had a great love for Winnie the Pooh. She attended New Life Christian Church. Mrs. Izaguirre is preceded in death by her parents; Pablo and Trinidad, a daughter; Valerie Lee Izagurrie, two sisters; Guadalupe Ferdin, Dorothy Chavez, and two sons-in laws; Rudy Andaverde, and Jesus Raymond Cantu Jr. Those left to cherish her memory are; four sons; Joe Carrera and wife Alma, Thomas Carrera, Adrian Izaguirre, Lorenzo Leal, nine daughters; Mary Andaverde, Lora DeLaCruz and husband Ricardo, Solia Martinez and husband Ramiro, Yolanda Cantu, Raquel Gonzalez and husband Ray, Perla Gonzales and husband Jose, Trinidad Castro and husband Viciente, Victoria Izaguirre, and Jessica Izaguirre, and her loving caregiver, granddaughter, Jacklyn Morris and husband Brian, three brothers, and two sisters.
