The family will receive visitors tonight from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Lemons Memorial Chapel and Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Gregorio Gutierrez was born March 12, 1931 in San Benito Texas to Pablo and Manuela (Moya) Gutierrez. He married Estefana Rubio Gutierrez in 1952 in Alice, Texas. He enjoyed life as a farmer and worked hard for his family. Gregorio was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and he enjoyed singing and gardening. He loved his family and his beloved dog.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Estefana and one daughter, Manuela.

Survivors include; six sons, Gilbert and wife Mary, Juan and wife Xylina, Baldo and wife Ruth, Greg Jr. and wife Ester, Paul and wife Leticia and James; four daughters, Grace Byrd and husband Norman, Leticia Bell and husband Ernie, Lupe Cavazos and husband Joe and Stephanie Gutierrez and husband Martin Ponce. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
