Gloria Ochoa, 59 of Plainview, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, at her residence. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Gloria was born in Pleasanton, Texas on December 29, 1964, to Jose Lamboria Ochoa and Jesusa Martinez Ochoa. Gloria loved artwork as she painted and did craftwork. She loved shopping at thrift stores. She was a very strong willed woman and loved to help the homeless in Colorado and would give anyone the shirt off her back if they needed it. She was a devoted catholic and spent time at Our Lady of Guadalupe helping at the Jamaicas and helping around the church.

Gloria is survived by her two sons, Pedro Rufus Naranjo and wife Augustina, and Paul Sporty Naranjo; 15 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; 17 Nieces and nephews; two brothers, Joe M. Ochoa and wife Angie, and Orlando Ochoa; three sisters, Sara O. Garcia, Erma O. Lopez and Francis O. Luna and husband Gilbert.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Lamboria Ochoa and Jesusa Martinez Ochoa; two brothers, Ricardo Ochoa and Eloy Ochoa.
