George N. Arellano Jr., age 76, peacefully passed away on April 21, 2018 in Plainview, Texas. A memorial mass will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Bill Anton officiating. Arrangements under the personal care of Lemons Funeral Home.
George was born on June 29, 1941 in Jim Wells County to parents, George Arellano Sr. and Guadalupe (Navarro) Arellano. George was a farmer and also worked as a commercial electrician.
Those left to cherish his memory are three daughters, Martha Castillo of Dodge City, Kansas, Leticia Rosales and husband Roger of Plainview, Maria Dolores Hernandez of Midland, his son, Fernando Arellano and wife Tammy of Topeka, Kansas, 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grand- children, brother, Armando Arellano and wife Celia of Plainview, sisters, Concepcion Villanueva of Arlington, Carmen Arellano, Aurora Pena and husband Chale, Christina Quintanilla all of Premont, several loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
George is preceded in death by his parents, George and Guadalupe Arellano, brothers, Epifanio Arellano, Arturo Arellano, Higinio Arellano, Jose Arellano, Adan Arellano, sisters, Guadalupe Ballejo, and Victoria Silvas.
