Gary Bogue, 71, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024in Dimmitt, Texas. There will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Gary was born on November 17, 1952, in Amarillo, Texas to Barry Bogue and Ara Garland. He graduated from Caprock High School. He married the rodeo queen of his heart, Jennifer Storrs on July 23, 2003. He was a meat packer at Tyson Foods for over 57 years before retiring in 2020. He enjoyed playing horseshoes and watching tv. Tombstone being his favorite show. He loved dog, Foxy and and loved having a clean yard, so you could often  find him picking the weeds from the front yard. He also loved wearing his cowboy boots even if they hurt his feet and working on his cars. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Teamsters.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Kayla Storrs, and Abbrieanna Storrs, one son; Jerrico Duncan, and three grandchildren, Bryson Duncan, Braylen Duncan and Zariah Duncan.

Gary is preceded in death by his wife; Jennifer Storrs Bogue, and his parents; Barry Bogue and Ara Garland.
