Florinda Zenaida "Sandy" Quintana, age 80, formerly of Plainview, passed away on April 23, 2018 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Lemons Memorial Chapel with Rush Coffman officiating. Interment will follow at Hale Center Cemetery. Arrangements under the personal care of Lemons Funeral Home. Visitation will be held before the service on Friday from 11-1:00P.M.

Florinda Zenaida "Sandy" Salazar was born on August 28, 1937 in Odem, Texas to Pete and Reymunda (Moreno) Salazar. She married Roman Quintana on September 16, 1956. Sandy worked as a teacher's aide for 20 years for the Plainview Independent School District. She was a proud member of the First Baptist Church of Plainview for 41 years and the First Baptist Church in Amarillo for two years. Sandy was a member of the RSVP and the Millennium Singers.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Roman Quintana of Amarillo, her son, Tony Alan Quintana of Amarillo, her daughter, Sally Ann Quintana of Amarillo, grandson, Jason Quintana and wife Carmella of Amarillo, Travis Martinez and wife Stephanie of Amarillo, great-grandchildren, Willow, Hannah, Billy, Weston, Kaelyn, Ally and Noah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Reymunda Salazar, brothers, Adam and Ray Salazar and sister, Damantina Munoz.
