Felix B. Villarreal, Jr., 68 of Plainview, passed away on June 22, 2022, in Lubbock. Funeral services for Mr. Villarreal will be at 10:00am, Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Father Bill Anton officiating. Service arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Felix was born on February 13, 1954, in Tulia to Feliciano Villarreal Sr. and Rosa Basaldua. He graduated from Kress High School and retired from the Texas Department of Transportation in 2020. He enjoyed woodwork and hanging out with his family and friends. His favorite pastime was watching every Dallas Cowboy football game with his best friend of twenty plus years, James Edwards.

Felix is survived by his mother: Rosa B. Garcia; two brothers: Edward B. Villarreal of Lompoc, CA, David B. Villarreal of Chandler, AZ; two sisters: Margaret Villarreal of Chandler, AZ and Viola Romayor of Lompoc, CA; and numerous nephews and nieces in Arizona, California, Texas, and Missouri.

Felix was preceded in death by his father: Feliciano Villarreal Sr.; a brother: Manuel B. Villarreal, and two sisters: Mary L. Lopez and Maria A. Villarreal.
