Obituary
Plainview- Arah Faye Vining Findley, age 97, of Plainview, passed away September 3, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 11:30A.M., Saturday, September 6, 2014 in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home.
She was born February 14, 1917 in Elida, N.M., to Homer and Winnie Vining. She married O.Z. Findley on December 2, 1933. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, two grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Thelma Brock of Plainview; two sons, Charles Findley and wife Judy of Gatesville, Texas, and Donnie Findley and wife Gail of Lubbock; eight grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
