Enrique Brionez, 88, of Plainview, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2017, surrounded by loved ones.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Templo Maranatha in Plainview, located at 1214 Galveston with Pastor Elisa Medina officiating.

Enrique was born on July 15, 1929 in Carrizo Springs, Texas to Sylvester and Candelaria Brionez. He was married to Julia Brionez. They were married for 42 years until her passing on July 30, 2008. He worked as a farmer for most of his life. Enrique was a kind, loving and caring man. He was always happy and friendly. He worked hard for his family and loved them dearly.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia; one son, Rudy Brionez; one brother; one sister and one great-granddaughter.

He is survived by three daughters, Ramona Brionez, Rachel Bowman and husband Johnny, all of College Station and Julia Picasso and husband Alfredo, of Plainview; one son,  Robert Brionez and wife Elvia of Plainview; one brother, Ricardo Brionez of Tulia; 20 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
