Dominga Castro Castillo, age 95, of Plainview, passed away on March 26, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Lemons Funeral Home. Open visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9-8:00P.M.
Dominga Castro Castillo was born January 17, 1923 to Jose and Fermina (Contreas) Castro in Austin, Texas. She lived in Robstown, Texas for most of her life. Dominga married Andrez Castillo in 1944. They later moved to the Olton, Texas area for many years, but she spent the latter part of her life in Plainview, Texas. They were blessed with a large family of five kids. They were happily married for over 48 years until Andrez's passing in 1992.
Dominga is survived by her children; Feliciana, San Juan, Leonor and Andrez, Jr. and her five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Dominga was preceded in death by her husband, Andrez Castillo, and her son, Joe Castillo in 2009.
