Denice Lynn Westmoreland, 40 of Plainview, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 o' clock in the afternoon on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at United Assembly of God Church with Pastor Kimmett Bellows officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.
