Dean Yarbrough, 75 of Plainview, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Dean Yarbrough was born on November 29, 1950,  in Plainview, Texas to Bill and Dorothy Yarbrough. He graduated from Plainview High School and enjoyed riding his motorcycle at a young age. Dean married Marsha Steiwig on January 4, 1975, in Plainview, Texas. Dean enjoyed fishing any chance he got.

Dean is survived by his wife, Marsha Yarbrough of Plainview, Texas; one daughter, Christie Wertz and husband Jeffrey of Plainview, Texas; one son, Mickey Jones of Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren, and one brother, John Yarbrough and wife Nancy of Lubbock, Texas.

Dean is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Dorothy Yarbrough and one brother, Billy Yarbrough.
