David Alton Buckley, 53 of Plainview, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024. A Graveside Service will be at 11:00am, Saturday, January 13, 2024, in Plainview Cemetery. Funeral Services are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home Plainview.

David Buckley was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 5, 1970, to Betty Lou Buckley. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

David worked as a maintenance man at Paul Waller Garage for 15 years. He liked helping on the farm, working on equipment, and listening to his Rock music. He cherished his family and friends, especially his dog Smokey.

He is survived by one brother, Shannon Summers of Lubbock, Texas.

David is preceded in death by his mother Betty Mullins and brother Marvin Mullins.
