Casiano was born on July 5, 1955 to Romulo Ruiz and Josepha Gomez in Lockney, TX.  Casiano married the love of his life, Isabel Rubio, on June 16, 1972 in Plainview.  They lived a happy life together for many years and Isabel was his world.  Casiano cherished every minute spent with her.  Sadly, she preceded him in death only less than two months ago.  Casiano was a welder most of his life but his true calling was the preaching ministry with his wife.  He loved nothing more than to spend time with his family especially his children and grandchildren.  His favorite pastimes were working outside and eating all kinds of food.  Casiano was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses in Amarillo.  One of his favorite enjoyments in life was sharing his Cokes with his Grandson, Marty.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Romulo and Josepha Ruiz; his wife: Isabel Ruiz; two brothers: Santos and Romulo Ruiz, Jr.; one sister: Eva Ruiz Cantu; one granddaughter: Xandra Ruiz; and one nephew: George Ruiz.

Casiano is survived by four sons: Casiano Ruiz, Jr. and wife Maria Azalia of Midland, Juan Ruiz and wife Inez of Hereford, Chris Ruiz and Adam Ruiz both of Amarillo; two daughters: Yesenia Ruiz and husband Daniel Manriquez and Destiny Ruiz and husband Francisco Mabie all of Amarillo; one brother: Luis Ruiz; two sisters: Esperanza Ruiz and Senida Ruiz; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
