He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 son, Carlos Steven Mendoza; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa DeLaCerda Mendoza; 6 sons, Mario, Martin, Saul, Carlos, Mark and Alfonso; 3 daughters, Betty Jo, JoAnn and Martha; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
