Brenda Marquez, 33 of Plainview, passed away on October 12, 2021. Funeral Service for Brenda Marquez will be at 11:00AM, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ishmael Soto officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery.  Prayer Service will be held 6:00PM, Monday, October 18, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Brenda was born on June 26, 1988, in Hale Center, Texas to Abelardo Marquez and Ofelia Alcozer. She graduated in 2007 from Plainview High School. Brenda loved traveling with her family and attending her children's sporting events. She also enjoyed braiding hair and making cups.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Lupe Martinez; her son, Armonni Rodriguez and daughter, Audrea Marquez; mother, Ofelia LLanas and her Tata Jaime LLanas; her father, Abelardo Marquez; one brother, Jimmy Marquez (Elizabeth); three sisters: Mary Jane Jimenez, Janet and Jennifer Marquez all of Plainview.  She is preceded in death by her Grandparents.

Brenda will be missed by her family, friends and her pets, whom she loved.
