Benjamin Zavala, was born on April 3, 1978, in Slaton, Texas, was sent to his eternal home on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in Plainview, Texas. He was the beloved son of Noe Pena and Mary Zavala.

His journey on this Earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. He enjoyed reading his bible to learn and dedicate living his life that reflected God's teachings. He was a lover of all animals and cared for them as children. He always provided them with food, shelter, and love.

Ben is survived by his loving mother, who took care of him until the day of his homecoming, Mary Zavala, his brother, Brandon Zavala, sister, Liza DeLeon, brother-in-law, Adrian DeLeon, sister-in-law, Dora Zavala, cousins, Kathy Guzman, and Mandy Trevino.
His memory will live on with his nieces and nephews, Brandon Zavala, Brandon DeLeon, Jadon DeLeon, Alyssa Covarrubio, Brandy DeLeon, Jazlyn Zavala, and Liliya Zavala.

Ben was preceded in death by his father Noe Pena, and his grandparents, Guadalupe and Carmen Zavala.

Private services for Mr. Zavala were previously held. Funeral arrangements were under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.
