Belinda Sanchez, 59 of Plainview, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00am, Friday, February 18, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father George Poonely officiating. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 6:00pm, Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Belinda was born on March 13, 1962, in Plainview to Pioquinto and Francis Rodriquez. She married Joe Sanchez on June 15, 1977, in Plainview. Belinda was a Patient Care Tech at the dialysis center for many years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, decorating, playing bingo, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Belinda is survived by her husband, Joe Sanchez of Plainview; one son, Gerald and Marianna Sanchez of Plainview; one daughter, Jennifer and Edward Medina of Plainview; one brother, Juan Rodriquez of Sherwood, AR; two sisters, Hilda Rosales of Sherwood, AR and Marylou Canales of Victoria, TX; two grandchildren, Joseph Sanchez of Dodge City, KS and Vincent Sanchez of Plainview; one great granddaughter, Jasmine Sanchez of Dodge City, KS.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Manuel Rodriquez and one sister, Ida Chico.
