Baltazar Hernandez, 57 of Plainview, passed away on August 28, 2021. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Lemons Memorial Chapel in Plainview. Interment will follow in Plainview Cemetery. A Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Baltazar was born on April 27, 1964, in Mexico to Baltazar and Irene (Sinaloa) Hernandez. He was a truck driver who enjoyed bible study and preaching the word of God. He liked visiting with people and also cooking and cleaning. Baltazar will be dearly missed by his loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his mother and one sister Ramona Hernandez.

Baltazar is survived by his wife Irasema Garza of Plainview; his father Baltazar Hernandez of Mexico; one son: Alan Hernandez of Dallas; three daughters: Maria Jacqueline Hernandez and Iris Annalee Hernandez both of Plainview and Jessica Hernandez of Dallas; and one grandchild.
